After graduating from UW-Whitewater with a Business Administration Degree and serving a tour of duty with the US Marine Corp., Michael "Mike" Greenhalgh completed a thirty-one year career at Oscar Mayer/Kraft Foods.

Mike held numerous Human Resource positions including Director of Compensation and Benefits for Oscar Mayer Foods Corporation, Human Resource Director for Oscar Mayer Foods Corporation, as well as Human Resource Director for Kraft Foods Engineering, Transportation and Research & Development.

In 2002, Mike began his relationship with Kelly Financial. His broad and extensive human resource (HR) experience has enabled him to provide HR services to small and mid-size area businesses. These services include effective compensation design, deferred compensation arrangements for key executives, leadership development, recruiting, performance management and other ad-hoc human resource support.
